“Using Worldviews to Inspire and Scale Climate Action” (UWISCA) is a three-year research project being carried out by researchers in the School of Architecture, Planning and Environmental Policy at University College Dublin Environmental Policy. It is funded by the Environmental Protection Agency.

- Identify the underlying worldviews and associated values that shape Irish people’s understandings of climate change.
- Use those findings as a basis for designing and testing tailored communications to inspire engagement and amplify existing action among the general public.
- Build capacity in climate communications design using a worldviews lens through the establishment of a Community of Practice for organisations working in climate communication and engagement.
